Analisis Hukum Bisnis Terhadap Implementasi Penanaman Modal Berbasis Potensi Daerah di Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung

This study critically analyzes the implementation of regional potential-based investment in Bangka Belitung Province from a business law perspective. The background stems from fluctuating capital realization, indicating a gap between regulation and practice concerning legal certainty, efficiency, and justice principles. The research aims to evaluate policy application and identify legal, economic, and institutional factors hindering effectiveness. Employing a normative legal method with statutory and conceptual approaches, the findings conclude that implementation is hampered by regulatory inconsistency, high logistics costs, and weak bureaucratic coordination. These factors collectively necessitate comprehensive institutional reform to enhance policy effectiveness.
